Running and athletic training

Twice a week, you can take part in our professional and varied training sessions as part of the TriRun Linz club training program:

Monday & Wednesday
6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
October to April: PSV athletics facility (Derfflingerstraße, Linz)
April to June: Pleschinger See, Linz

Training on the running track includes:
✔ Warm-up exercises & mobility training
✔ Running technique & coordination
✔ Athletics and strength exercises
✔ Interval and tempo runs
✔ Playful elements to promote dynamism

Training at the lake includes:
✔ Transition zone and combination training
✔ Open Water Sessions
✔ Cycling technique and group rides
✔ Specific running training
✔ Competition preparation
