If you are training according to your own training plan but are unsure whether you are on the right track, you have come to the right place. This consultation focuses on analyzing your training. We will discuss your personal training goals, the right level of stimulation, and the focus of your training program.
We work together to identify your strengths and potential and give you important input for your own training.
We clarify questions about the optimal distribution of strength, endurance, and speed in your plan. Together, we look at general and specific training methodology basics such as training principles, load norms, and the choice of the right training equipment. Flexibility and coordination should be important cornerstones of your planning.
Every athlete needs a training concept that is specifically tailored to their needs and life situation. Although we cannot develop a detailed concept during a one-time training consultation, together we can create a rough structure for your own training. This will allow you to develop a tailored training program for yourself.
