In order for employees to be able to use their potential in a targeted manner and work with motivation in the workplace, many factors need to come together. In fact, a great many factors. Respect for one’s own health is one of the most important factors influencing performance in both private and professional contexts. Sport, as an important cornerstone of good and stable health, offers great opportunities for developing potential.
Training in a group offers many advantages and is also really fun. Enthusiasm within a group can be easily boosted with sporting challenges. Sweating together side by side increases the well-being of the group, the health of the individual athletes can improve significantly, and the mood within the team is noticeably lifted (except perhaps on particularly hard training days).

Selected statements from our partners:
As part of our workplace health promotion program, I organized a running and functional training program for our employees and was able to recruit Martin as a coach. It was a really great training program, and Martin imparted a lot of theoretical and practical knowledge about running during the eight sessions—from the basics of running, the different speed levels, how to structure interval training, strength and stabilization exercises, to proper stretching and the final Cooper test. Not only did he challenge us, he also motivated us to make our own training varied, to push our own limits, and to try something we’re not so good at. It’s about constantly exposing the body to new stimuli in order to continuously improve. This message has been received, we are highly motivated, and we are already looking forward to the next running training session with Martin.
Eva Iwanoff – HYPO OberösterreichSince fall 2014, Martin has been guiding us through the cold season with highly varied and professional training sessions at the Linz stadium. With his motivational approach, he optimally prepares over 40 running enthusiasts every year to participate in a running competition. For many of us, this is the Linz Marathon in spring (quarter, half, relay, or full marathon). Every summer, we receive inquiries from colleagues asking whether Martin will be offering running coaching again in the fall.
Hannes Huber – Union Raiffeisen OÖRunning is boring. With Martin as your trainer, you can immediately forget that statement. With his motivating manner, he has successfully inspired the entire upart running team. Although you can tell from his training sessions that Martin also trains professionals, he always manages to strike the right balance between challenging and overtaxing us. We have all pushed ourselves to our limits with him and surpassed ourselves. At the same time, our enjoyment and fun in running has grown. In short, running is the perfect balance to everyday agency life, and training with Martin simply works.
Wolfgang Böhm – upartIAs part of our preparations for the Linz WKO Business Run, we worked with Martin as our running coach. We were very satisfied, as he responded perfectly to the different levels of our runners and prepared our team well with his expertise in training. We would like to thank him for his professional support during our running training and look forward to working with him again in the future.
Zehra Besic – Courtyard by Marriott LinzMartin explains running technique effectively and efficiently. My colleagues and I didn’t know that technique and running exercises could be so much fun.
