Strength and athletic training

Strength training has long since ceased to be taboo in endurance sports. For us, individually tailored strength, stabilization, and/or athletic training is the basis for long-term sporting success. We don’t just want to impart knowledge in the areas of swimming, cycling, and running, but also prepare and accompany you with targeted exercises for the requirements of the respective sport with supportive strength training.
Strength training should not only make us stronger, but also serve as injury prevention and prevent overexertion. In addition, we want to ensure that you can continue to participate in endurance sports for many years to come.

Depending on your wishes, needs, and interests, we also offer special athletic training for groups or personal training in the area of strength and athletic training. In addition to triathlon training, or simply for fun and enjoyment of exercise for you personally, your company, club, or team, we are happy to create a customized training concept.
