Video analysis

Over time, everyone develops their own individual movement patterns – whether they are beginners or advanced, amateur athletes or professionals. However, in order to improve personal technique, it is often helpful to supplement the coach’s explanations with video analysis to better visualize the movement patterns. This can help athletes to better perceive their own movements and thus optimize their technique.

We also use video analysis regularly (at the athlete’s request or as part of training with clubs and companies) to ensure optimal support. Whether it’s a running or swimming analysis, we want to make sure that learned movement patterns and individual technique are performed correctly and efficiently and that there is still room for improvement.

Here’s how it works:

  • First, we film you training from different angles and at different speeds using a mobile 4K HD camera (duration: approx. 20-30 minutes).
This is followed by an evaluation, during which we analyze the videos in detail and evaluate them in a structured manner based on training science movement sequences. Suggestions for optimization are then developed.
Finally, we hold a personal feedback meeting with you to view the video analysis, go through the optimization suggestions with you, and give you valuable tips for improvement (duration: approx. 40 min.).

Our offer:

  • Recording of movement sequences while swimming (also underwater) or running (on a 400 m track or off-road)
  • Feedback session with analysis of individual movement sequences and suggestions for improvement
  • On request, we can also send you the video including analysis
  • Duration: 20-30 min. for recording the video (depending on the sport) + 40 min. feedback session
